Weekend gymnastics for children
Every Sunday, children get a great workout in a professional gymnastics gym, and parents gain some time for themselves.
Sunday training
Younger children aged 4–6 train for 60 minutes. Children from 6 years old train for 2.5 hours. Please register your children by 18:00 on the preceding Thursday.
Gymnastics gym
We have been using the gymnastics gym at Dlabačov for five seasons. It is among the best-equipped and offers great fun on a sprung acrobatic floor, a large trampoline and a foam pit.
Small group for younger children
For children aged 4–6, we offer Sunday lessons with a maximum of 5 children per group with one instructor.
Price
- Child 6–10 years: 850 CZK including 200 CZK gym entry fee.
- Child 4–6 years: 510 CZK including 200 CZK gym entry fee.
Other options
Sunday lessons complement the regular Tuesday group courses and individual lessons. For adults, we offer Sunday individual fitness gymnastics lessons at the same time as the children's sessions.
