Our methodology
At Sport Academy, we respect children as equal partners. We perceive their needs and adapt to their current motor development and psychological level. We work with the trust the coach earns from the child, and together we guide the child through the swimming tuition process. Even children who were afraid of water have fallen in love with swimming with Sport Academy. Our coaches approach teaching with kindness and patience, creating a safe and supportive environment. We work with the 5D concept, which includes 5 basic swimming skills:
- swimming breathing
- swimming position on back and front
- submerging
- jumps and falls
- swimming movement
Cooperation with parents
Cooperation with parents is crucial for our work with children. We are open to your questions and happy to discuss our didactic methods and your children's direction with you. The core units – child, parents, coach – form a triangle where each side carries a share of responsibility in the training process and none should be neglected. If required by any party, we can organise tripartite sessions in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
