Athletics, the queen of sporta, is a great training for all-round development, making it an ideal complementary and compensatory activity for your children's physical development.
Whether your kids play football, basketball, tennis, golf, floorball or other sports, this type of activity is right for them. At the age of 6-10 years, children are most likely to adopt motor patterns. Don't miss this "motor window" in your child's life. April - June: Hvězda Park and athletic stadium Přátelství, Prague 6
We develop athletic skills in the natural environment (September-October and April-June) in the Hvězda Park, in the tartan athletic tunnel in winter. We develop dexterity, coordination, dynamics and the whole body's movement range. As a result, there is no one-sided movement load, as with some specific sports. It is thus a great basis for any other sport that children can pursue in the future. The larger the movement fund, the children learn at a younger age, the easier it is to learn specific skills later. Both advanced athletics and other sports like tennis, football, basketball and more.
